For the application services that are given to you, myonlineliquor.com, will only accept refund request if the service is not provided. myonlineliquor.com, reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. The refund process will be initiated once we confirmation of the services not provided. In case of refund request accepted, amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid. Also if there is delay beyond 45 days for submitting hard copy of form, no refund shall be made against such transaction.
If you request a refund, before processing your form, for the reasons like you are unable to furnish required documents or provide OTP, etc Or for any reason when we are ready to process your form but you don't want to process it,
In that event Handling charge of ₹250/- (For One Year And Lifetime) OR ₹100/- (For One Day) would be debited from your payment and the rest amount would be refunded.
Refund request can be send at help@myonlineliquor.com. Refund request can be made within 15 days of online application made. No Refund request will be considered after 15 days of an online application made.
You cannot cancel the application once processed from our side. No refund will be provided once the application is processed from our side.
Starting from 1st November 2022, if you fail to submit documents or to share OTP within 15 days of application we will automatically cancel your application and process a refund after deducting handling charges subject to 1.1
Permit applied online, will be delivered as soon as Govt. approves it, on the email id/ Mobile No provided in the application form.
If you have any query about application process, you can write us mail @ help@myonlineliquor.com. In case we need any additional clarification about your shop act application, our team will reach you by email or call.
In any case, if application is rejected by any mean of false information submitted to respective Government portal like false/invalid document, invalid details. This rejection will be based on submission made by you & thus no refund will be initiated for this rejection/cancellation.
In any case, if the permit you received has any wrong information that is totally based on the form submission made by you & thus no refund will be initiated for this case.
myonlineliquor.com shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of god or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force majeure event").
